Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to achieve a 3x speed-to-market improvement for networking products while executing a roadmap that directly impacts company-level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Leverage domain expertise to influence technical roadmaps and white papers alongside engineering leaders, providing visibility into execution risks and dependencies
Manage and coach a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), fostering an environment of psychological safety and sustained performance
Partner with executive leadership to align on goals and drive organizational change through scalable systems and best practices
Serve as a credible leader, communicating program strategy and sensitive issues to executive audiences with clarity and confidence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in managing technical projects
8 years of experience in infrastructure
5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports
Preferred
Experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects on accelerated timelines with an ability to analyze technical details in-depth
Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority across executive levels, and drive organizational change in a changing environment
Ability to build effective program teams, manage cross-organizational stakeholders, and retain their trust through pivots
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences and build compelling narratives
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering programs that resulted in significant, measurable improvements in velocity, efficiency, or quality
