Responsibilities

Lead technical program management for data center security initiatives
Maintain key relationships with regional managers and program stakeholders
Help communicate regional and site level work forecasts and change management to regional and site managers
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with executing data security initiatives
Experience in data center operations, access or server management

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in deploying capital equipment for data centers especially cold storage
Experience with physical automation technologies and construction planning
Experience in supporting security attack prevention, compliance audits and programs
