Responsibilities
Lead the planning and development of AI applications for Junlebao Group
Research and evaluate industry-leading technologies, including computing power, foundational large models, model management, intelligent agent platforms, and AI applications across various domains
Develop top-level AI implementation plans aligned with Junlebao’s AI roadmap and oversee project proposals, approvals, and execution
Establish AI organizational processes, products, and solutions for the group
Design and drive Junlebao’s intelligent transformation strategy
Build and nurture partnerships within the AI ecosystem to foster collaboration and innovation
Lead a team to implement AI applications across key business areas, including R&D, production, supply chain, marketing, and customer service
Focus on AI use cases such as quality prediction, content marketing, embodied intelligence, product definition, smart office solutions, and more
Drive initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase revenue through AI-driven solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus
8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing AI strategy and implementation
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, intelligent agents, and AI platform architectures
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions in a corporate or enterprise setting
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English
Fluent in Chinese
Preferred
Experience working in or with companies in the consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing industries is preferred
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
