Service Scheduling Coordinator

Werner Auto Team is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing team. The role involves initial communication with clients regarding service offerings and ensuring excellent client satisfaction through effective scheduling and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
Respond quickly to phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial scheduling information and drive successful shop flow
Follow up with clients who have completed their service, ensuring excellent client satisfaction rating
Follow up with clients that have incoming parts orders and no-show service appointments
Participate in team and process development sessions - maintaining positive relationships with teammates, service teams and dealership management
Utilize POS tracking system daily

Required

At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
Drug Testing & Background Check Required
Valid Driver's License is required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Capable of working at a high pace in a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
