Training Operations Coordinator - 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Support leadership by providing training to team members across several departments on Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Powered Industrial Truck Certifications
Play an active role in the development and implementation of new employee introductory program
Participate on project teams as an operations subject matter expert
Communicate with and give feedback to process owners and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
Knowledge of the logistics industry
Preferred
2 years of training/coaching experience
Experience with Raymond Corporation reach truck, order picker and turret truck
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
