Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications and internal engineering tools
Collaborate with cross functional teams including clients, product owners, designers, analysts, and engineering SMEs
Build APIs, front end components, and backend services using modern development practices
Participate in Agile processes and contribute to planning, estimation, and continuous delivery
Implement automated testing, code reviews, and documentation to ensure quality and maintainability
Support integration with enterprise systems, data sources, and digital workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle
Contribute to team collaboration, receive and provide feedback, and internal knowledge sharing
Demonstrate early leadership capability with interest in deputy project management, participation in our mentoring program, and job-shadowing opportunities
Communicate effectively with bilingual stakeholders in both Spanish and English
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in at least two of the following programming languages, C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Minimum 1 year of practical experience through internships, co ops, academic projects, or relevant applied development work
Foundational knowledge of front end or back end development frameworks (e.g., React, Blazor, Vue, .NET)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with cross functional teams
Preferred
Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (Blazor, React, or Vue) or backend frameworks (.NET, Python)
Experience developing APIs and integrating with enterprise systems or internal engineering tools
Exposure to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud development environments
Experience developing software that runs on Linux or Windows
Demonstrated interest in project coordination, mentoring peers, or people‑leadership pathways
Experience working with bilingual or Spanish‑speaking stakeholders
