Responsibilities

Lead and manage non-technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Drive process improvement initiatives with the goal of improving the end-user experience, enhancing operational efficiency and improving service delivery across a global facilities management organization
Oversee, administer and evolve global facilities programs
Lead capital expense (CapEx) planning, tracking, and governance in alignment with a documented CapEx process across global facilities management operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Real Estate, HR, Finance, IT, and external partners
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
Facilitate effective communication and alignment among global stakeholders
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Monitor and report on project performance to leadership
Develop and administer change management plans specific to the project

Required

5+ years of experience in facilities operations, project management, or business operations
Experience with capital expense planning, financial tracking and governance
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with project management concepts with exceptional organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, operations, or related field
Familiarity with facilities management platforms such as IWMS or CMMS

Preferred

Experience working in a global facilities environment with diverse service delivery models
Certification from a recognized facilities management organization (e.g., IFMA, BOMA, CoreNet)
Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
