Responsibilities
Ensure Requests for quote (RFQ's) are complete and accurate
Ensure orders are job-ready before release to production
Proactively manage risks (materials, documentation, test/program readiness, capacity constraints)
Maintain customer confidence through clear, timely, proactive communication
Provide regular updates on customer project status to sales and management
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
College Degree or equivalent level of education and experience
A minimum of 3 years of successful customer service, program coordination, or inside sales in a manufacturing environment. (EMS/PCB industry strongly preferred)
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including ability to communicate schedule and risk clearly
Willingness for occasional travel for client meetings and other business-related activities
