Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice
Sales Generation: Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking
Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and identify opportunities for additional products
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to policyholders' needs
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention
Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients
Qualification
Required
Must have the required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve sales goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
