Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

They are seeking an Associate Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to support Airforce or Navy Programs, responsible for developing and coordinating program plans and schedules, analyzing data, and facilitating project integration.

Responsibilities
Support Domestic & International Military Fighter and Trainer Aircraft Programs
Develop, coordinate, and integrate program plans/schedules
Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
Identify risks/opportunities and develop mitigation plans
Develop and establish lead time requirements
Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedules changes and baseline management
Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
Ability to obtain an Active US Secret Security Clearance Post Hire
Preferred
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
Experience working on DoD programs
