Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the client's business goals and enhances customer experience
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP CRM solutions, with a strong focus on SAP Service Cloud v2
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP CRM professionals
Analyze current CRM processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with other department heads, including IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM strategies
Manage all aspects of SAP CRM projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management; liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful implementation and support of CRM systems; ensure all CRM activities adhere to industry regulations and data privacy standards
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum eight years of recent experience in a senior leadership role within the SAP CRM space
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience with SAP for Utilities (IS-U) and hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud v2 preferred; SAP certification in CRM or related modules with experience in S/4HANA required
Strong understanding of the utilities industry and its specific business processes; experience with Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams
Experience with other SAP CX solutions, such as SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
