As an intern, you will collaborate with supply chain professionals to manage global shipments, gain exposure to key areas of Customer Success, and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with account team and broader functions supporting our customers to solve problems
Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze data and uncover continuous improvement and savings opportunities
Apply industry and market trends to customer strategy and business reviews
Manage projects, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution
Present insights and recommendations to all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Knowledgeable on reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent
Preferred
Undergraduate rising Senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus or community organizations
Curiosity about global supply chains and emerging technologies
