Responsibilities
Design and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode
Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their technology challenges, and contributing to solutions
Collaborate with the team to design innovative solutions addressing clients' technology challenges
Support identifying new business opportunities and contribute to client presentations and proposal development
Provide insights and assist in executing the strategic direction of the Consulting Services division
Assist in project management, ensuring delivery within budget and maintaining client value
Collaborate with other departments for integrated client engagement and service delivery
Qualification
Required
DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in consulting
Proven experience: Competency in consulting with a history of projects
Proficiencies: Basic knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
Preferred
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus
