Senior Customer Experience Strategist
Progressive is dedicated to helping employees move forward and live fully in their careers. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance the customer experience roadmap by prioritizing high-priority projects involving personalization and AI-enabled digital solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and collaborate on strategies for designing, developing, and releasing innovative digital experiences
Help small business owners obtain the commercial insurance coverage they need
Work with collaborators across the business in content, development, UX, and analytics to advance the direct acquisition customer experience roadmap
Prioritize high-priority projects supporting personalization, A/B testing, and AI-enabled digital acquisition experiences on ProgressiveCommercial.com and other direct customer acquisition avenues
Qualification
Required
A minimum of eight years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of related professional work experience (e.g., definition and delivery of products through digital, voice, and agent channel experiences)
Preferred
Proven experience shaping customer experience strategies that drive digital acquisition and conversion
Hands‑on experience designing, executing, and interpreting tests within personalization and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Monetate, SiteSpect, Adobe Target, Optimizely)
Demonstrated ability to apply AI technologies to solve digital customer acquisition challenges and improve end‑to‑end customer journeys
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sources to identify experience optimization and growth opportunities
Proven experience managing digital product roadmaps and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver digital experiences with moderate to high technical complexity, from requirements definition through production release
