Responsibilities

Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously (typically 3–5 active projects)
Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track milestones, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and RAID logs
Lead project teams including internal IT staff, on-site contractors, and vendors
Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project success
Forecast resource needs, timelines, and costs to ensure accurate project planning
Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders
Adhere to the company’s Project Management Playbook and best practices for SDLC and infrastructure projects
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues promptly

Qualification

Required

PMP certification is mandatory
Strong background in IT project management with hands-on SDLC experience
Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and prior experience leading projects w/ both methodologies
Experience managing vendors and IT project budgets
Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills
Strong documentation, reporting, and forecasting experience
Experience with Azure DevOps and Smartsheets; Excellent experience with MS Project, Jira, and similar tools is a plus

Preferred

Electric utility highly experience preferred but not required
