Director of Strategic Partnership
Linkbux is a company focused on strategic partnerships, and they are seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead and scale commercial relationships across various networks and platforms. Responsibilities
Own and execute the strategic partnerships roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners, including enterprise brands, affiliate networks, platforms, and key media relationships
Structure partnership models that balance scale, compliance, profitability, and long-term sustainability
Lead commercial negotiations, including commission structures, incentives, exclusive deals, and strategic collaboration frameworks
Drive incremental revenue growth through upsell opportunities, expansion initiatives, and cross-market activations
Forecast partnership performance and track ROI against strategic objectives
Act as a senior point of contact for key enterprise partners and affiliate networks
Manage complex stakeholder relationships involving brands, networks, compliance teams, finance, and media buyers
Represent the company in high-level partner discussions, industry events, and strategic meetings
Work closely with Affiliate Managers, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Support compliance-first partnership models, ensuring traffic quality, transparency, and brand safety
Translate partner feedback into internal improvements and scalable solutions
Mentor and guide junior partnership or affiliate team members
Establish best practices, playbooks, and processes for partnership development and account growth
Act as a thought partner to leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and new growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Media
Proven track record managing enterprise-level partnerships and complex commercial negotiations
Strong strategic thinking with a commercial and data-driven mindset
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance growth ambitions with compliance, risk, and long-term partner trust
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, CPA models, performance media, and attribution frameworks
Familiarity with analytics, reporting dashboards, and performance KPIs (ROAS, EPC, CVR, LTV)
Experience working across regions and cultures
Excellent written and verbal English required
Preferred
Experience working with affiliate networks, global brands, or performance-driven media models is strongly preferred
Additional languages (Mandarin, German, French, etc.) are a strong plus
