Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Assist with month-end closing activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices
Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the preparation of financial reports as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in accounts payable or related field required
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Knowledge of CDK and excel preferred
