Responsibilities
Promptly respond to customer inquiries such as pricing, product information, shipments, and orders, and enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Schedule appointments and communicate any delays with shipments
Maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
Qualification
Required
Experience in Intermodal FCL trucking required
Knowledge of all rail yards in Chicago
Experience in using logistic TMS systems
Professionalism, patience, and 'people-first' attitude
Ability to type and enter data at the required speed
Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
High school diploma
