New Grad, Entry LevelChildren & Families First is seeking a Case Worker for Foster Care and Adoption services. The role involves providing assessment, planning, counseling, and advocacy for families and children involved in the foster care and adoption systems.

Responsibilities
Provide assessment, planning, counseling/therapy, referrals, advocacy, and collateral contacts
Prepare and maintain timely documentation and records in accordance with agency, state accreditation, and other requirements, policies, and procedures
Testify at court hearings as necessary
Complete necessary court reports and court updates
Participate in regular peer review, individual supervision, and clinical consultation as appropriate
Establish and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with the agency and community
Plan, design, and present educational programs as appropriate
Participates in training for foster care/adoption parents
Maintain agency standards regarding confidentiality, quality, and productivity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related degree
Ability to respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the agency's service population
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong engagement skills
Reliable transportation
Must have valid driver's license, which meets the requirements of the agency's insurance carrier
Preferred
Previous experience in the field
