Responsibilities
Maintain accurate monthly financial records, including payroll, accounts receivable, expenses, and revenue
Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare supporting documentation for audits and grants
Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, employee expenses, and credit card transactions
Prepare grant expenditure and billing reports and support financial reporting requirements
Analyze vendor costs and ensure proper expense accruals
Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws
Prepare payroll reports and payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations
Assist with annual audits and special projects as needed
Support fiscal system improvements and use of Sage Intacct and Concur
Provide excellent customer service using respectful, person-first communication
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Bachelor's degree
Relevant work experience
Knowledge of GAAP and payroll compliance
Proficiency with MS Word Suite
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit finance
