Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales process
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
