Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support of production applications
Conduct in-depth problem analysis and troubleshoot system errors
Perform proactive application stability analysis and implement improvements
Lead chronic issue investigations and drive proactive monitoring strategies
Collaborate with Engineering, Application Development, and Infrastructure teams
Handle application management, business continuity, server patching coordination, and vulnerabilities remediation
Lead production incident triaging calls and execute disaster recovery procedures
Respond to and resolve production tickets promptly to meet SLA requirements
Contribute to automation efforts for improved operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
7 years of experience in production operations
Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, JFROG Artifactory, XLRelease, Cloudbees Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar version control tools
Expertise in Unix systems and OpenShift containers and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation
Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
Availability for on-call support, including weekend rotations, on a round-robin basis
Preferred
Certification in Red Hat Linux, DevOps methodologies, or related fields
Knowledge of F5 Load balancer, GTM, high availability architectures, and disaster recovery strategies
Experience in artifact repositories, dependency management, and compliance engines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with database platforms such as Oracle or PostgreSQL

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
