New Grad, Entry LevelPrideStaff is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector. The role involves approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products while ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs
Compiles and creates documentation in accordance with customer purchase order requirements including but not limited to AS9102 FAIRs, PPAPs, final inspection reports, test data reports, certificates of conformance, etc
Assists in maintaining internal calibration program including analysis of tools with expiring calibration, auditing, performing calibration procedures, and calling upon outside vendors for calibration
Performing shelf life extension procedures for the evaluation and disposition of expiring materials as necessary
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Quality Control Inspector
Ability to approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
Ability to approve in-process production by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
Ability to approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
Ability to keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs
Ability to compile and create documentation in accordance with customer purchase order requirements including but not limited to AS9102 FAIRs, PPAPs, final inspection reports, test data reports, certificates of conformance, etc
Ability to assist in maintaining internal calibration program including analysis of tools with expiring calibration, auditing, performing calibration procedures, and calling upon outside vendors for calibration
