Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, network, and application issues
Lead and coordinate major incident response and escalation
Support production environments, releases, and infrastructure changes
Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions
Develop and maintain operational runbooks and procedures
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field
3+ years of experience with Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls)
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise Linux/UNIX environments (Red Hat, AIX)
3+ years of experience with databases and middleware (SQL Server, DB2, IBM MQ, WebSphere)
Experience supporting distributed, mission-critical transaction processing platforms
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE application servers (WebSphere preferred)
Working knowledge of VMware and Windows Server environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in payments or financial services technology
Experience with Open Banking, digital wallets, or emerging payment technologies
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, ITIL)
Mainframe, file transfer, and Linux shell scripting experience
Vendor management experience
