TEST Part-Time Office Assistant (Temporary, On-Site)

This role will primarily be responsible for light administrative support, managing basic office upkeep, and assisting with special projects under the direction of the Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Check and sort mail daily; scan or distribute as needed
Monitor office supplies and create weekly inventory reports
Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared areas (kitchen, supply closet, front desk)
Troubleshoot basic office equipment (printers, shredders, routers) and escalate issues
Serve as on-site point of contact for building maintenance or deliveries (as needed)
Provide ad hoc project support to the Operations Coordinator (e.g., organizing, signage, light formatting tasks)
Assist with digitization and disposal of archived finance documents
Contribute to office move-out planning and inventory in 2027 (e.g., equipment logging, signage updates)
Help organize digital files, shared drive folders, or physical storage areas
Support with visual documentation of the office space for move preparation
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable using standard office technology (copiers, Microsoft Office, scanners)
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, or office support role
