Responsibilities

Responsible for the leadership, execution and financial management of LM contract(s) for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Flight Test and Ground Test activities across multiple baselines
Be the primary representative for Lockheed Martin with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), collaborating closely with the MDA customer to define and successfully execute Flight Test and Ground Test events
Oversee the financial performance of concurrent efforts, including Flight Test / Ground Test Pre-mission, Execution and Post-mission phases, ensuring we meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Include regular customer and LM senior management reviews, coordination with suppliers and with all LM functional areas and forward site locations as Flight Tests and Ground Tests are conducted

Required

An appropriate degree from an accredited university in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent experience/combined education
Must have an active Secret clearance
Experience with program / project management, including schedule and financial performance management and risk and opportunity management experience
An operating knowledge of System Engineering including requirements management, system design and product lifecycle
Experience leading cross functional teams
Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and with multiple departments
A track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees
Ability to travel to support key program events

Preferred

Proven ability to multi-task and ability to manage multiple simultaneous program efforts
Prior experience working with US military customer and stakeholders with demonstrated performance in building strong relationships
Knowledge of procedures for preparation and development of proposals
