Responsibilities

Maintaining the day-to-day mechanical and electrical operations of Manufacturing Equipment
Complete work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals
Coordinate with other employees as part of a team and respond quickly to requests for assistance from production personnel
Troubleshoot, repair, or retrofit machines
Use a computerized maintenance management program under the direction of the EHS and Facilities Manager

Required

General knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics
Mechanical aptitude
Efficient use of tools and some electrical/electronic test equipment
Familiar with basic electrical troubleshooting
Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic safety codes
Attention to detail
Extensive background with pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, motors and pumps in a high speed production environment
