Responsibilities
Ensure that general day to day sales and administrative functions are handled accurately, correctly, timeously and that all exceptions are highlighted and escalated to the Export Manager
Manage day-to-day running of the sales counter ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to
Responsible for all cash receipts and petty cash maintenance
Picking and packing of stock ordered and coordinating the dispatch process
Supervise the order distribution to guarantee efficient delivery
Liaise with the Export manager regarding all issues relating to effective sales delivery
Manage the repair and warranty processes to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reporting to management
Perform any other tasks as set by management to support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum Diploma in Business management/administration or any other related business-related course
At least one year experience in general sales administration/retail/showroom sales
Outstanding communication skills
Customer service orientated outlook
PC literate with proven proficiency in MS Office
Good attention to detail and reporting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels
Ability to work independently and solve problems with own initiative
Should demonstrate the ability to run with a variety of tasks simultaneously (multi-tasking)
Skilled in conflict resolution
Positive attitude and high energy level
Steady and dependable under pressure
Strong ethics and integrity
Ability to adjust work schedule based on business needs
Preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools is an added advantage
