This role involves managing end-to-end domestic and international travel bookings, with a focus on complex airfare construction using Sabre GDS, while delivering exceptional service to luxury travel advisors and premium travellers.

Responsibilities
Research, price, and construct complex domestic and international airfare itineraries using Sabre GDS
Manage the full booking process, including ticketing, exchanges, reissues, refunds, and schedule changes
Deliver high-touch, proactive service to luxury travel advisors and premium clients
Troubleshoot fare rules, routing options, and irregular operations with confidence and precision
Optimise itineraries to meet client expectations while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Support sales initiatives by promoting luxury travel solutions and collaborating with internal teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or airfare consolidation
Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS (Amadeus or similar also accepted)
Experience handling complex, multi-sector international itineraries
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confident, professional communication style suited to luxury clients
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or related field desirable
