Responsibilities
Support the strategy and scheduling for the implementation of enterprise-wide upgrades from legacy Avaya/Centrex to a new SIP unified communications platform
Create detailed estimates for system builds and large-scale upgrades to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to adhere to project roadmaps and deliver solutions on time
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Avaya Communication Manager, Call Center, and CMS environments during transition phases
Develop and document system configurations, procedures, and training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption and ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Experience with enterprise communications systems, particularly Avaya platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex telecommunication environments
Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user-friendly training materials
Excellent coordination skills to work effectively across multiple teams and vendors
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to work sites as needed
