This position focuses on managing complex billing processes, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and resolving billing issues through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Information Services
Responsibilities
Execute complex billing activities with a high level of accuracy
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection
Apply customer payments accurately and maintain up-to-date billing records
Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on outstanding balances
Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process gaps
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues
Handle escalated billing inquiries and support customer resolutions
Assist in maintaining and improving billing policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in billing or a related finance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with billing systems and financial tools
Solid understanding of billing regulations and industry standards
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
Preferred
Experience with recurring, usage-based, or contract-driven billing
Familiarity with ERP or billing platforms such as NetSuite, Zuora, or Salesforce
Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Background working closely with Sales or Operations teams
