Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact with our members and be responsible for processing member transactions, primarily dealing in cash and checks
Promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members
Occasionally travel to various Treasure Valley branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish required
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information
Basic financial knowledge
High School Graduate or GED
Must be bondable
