Responsibilities
Lead restoration projects including scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks
Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
Conduct site visits and supervise field operations
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or defect repair
Strong knowledge of waterproofing, building envelope systems, and structural restoration
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
OSHA certification
Preferred
Familiarity with construction litigation processes
PMP designation
