Assist in product account setup and management
Coordinate communication between product teams, sales, and customers
Prepare and maintain product documentation and reports
Facilitate product launches and ensure timely delivery
Monitor product performance metrics and collect user feedback
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
