Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage local marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and service appointments
Manage digital marketing efforts including website updates, email campaigns, paid ads, and local SEO
Oversee social media content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement
Coordinate promotions, seasonal offers, and service-driven campaigns specific to auto care customers
Work with vendors and platforms (email, digital ads, print, signage, etc.) to ensure timely execution
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust tactics to maximize ROI
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Support local store marketing needs, events, and community partnerships
Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of marketing experience (automotive, retail, or service-based industry preferred)
Strong understanding of local marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies
Experience managing social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
Comfortable working independently and owning multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with the automotive or auto care industry is strongly preferred
Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) a plus
