Responsibilities
Perform daily clearing account reconciliations
Credit Card, Cash and Cash sales posting
Deposit Cash in Vault(s)
Deposit Checks (scan to Bank)
Post payments, file copies, maintain files
Call/email invoices to customers that are over 60 days old
Stock in all new and used vehicles
Maintain in transit and stock units
Post all factory account invoices
Reconcile weekly
Qualification
Required
Able to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
Clean and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
Understands employee payroll issues, and communicates solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully
The Employee is required to read, write, comprehend and speak English clearly as a manner of communication between co-workers and customer
The employee must have a valid Florida driver's license
High School Diploma or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
