Lead, Project Manager
Chromalloy Corporation is a global engineering and solutions company specializing in aftermarket parts and repairs for aircraft engines and gas turbines. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing industrial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities
Plan, budget, and manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Oversee field operations, site safety, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate with Purchasing for procurement of materials and equipment, including long-lead industrial components
Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance and quality
Prepare progress reports, track costs, and manage changes
Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards
Ensure city permits are submitted and all projects comply with city requirements
Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety
Optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency to reduce project expenses
Analyze project workflows to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years' experience in industrial, heavy civil, or large commercial projects (manufacturing, processing, warehouse, or utilities preferred)
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process systems
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
Proficiency in MS Project
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
OSHA 30 certification preferred
