They are seeking a Milling Operations Technician who will operate and monitor complex equipment systems to process chemical substances into finished products while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Operate batch processing equipment (blenders, tanks, pumps, bulk systems, forklifts)
Follow SOPs to process batches and meet product/customer specifications
Accurately record and enter batch and material data into company software and documentation
Stage raw materials and transfer chemicals into vessels, trucks, and various packages
Load and unload bulk trucks/trailers (inbound/outbound shipments)
Perform product sampling for Quality Control (QC) approval
Carry out all required packaging and labeling
Maintain excellent housekeeping and assist with inventory counts
Report equipment repairs and safety incidents ("near miss")
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a Production/Chemical Manufacturing environment
Experience with chemical movement and handling, including bulk trucks and various packages
Knowledge of TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and safe chemical segregation/handling
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lift/move 55 pounds
Strong team player with a commitment to safety and quality standards
High School diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience (Sit Down)-company will provide certification upon transition
Preferred
Bilingual is preferred, but not required
