They are seeking a tech-savvy IT Intern to assist their Technology Support Specialist in providing outstanding support to staff, offering hands-on experience in help desk operations, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees

Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripherals

Support regular maintenance tasks, including software updates and inventory tracking

Document technical procedures and help desk solutions for internal use

Provide basic training to end-users on tools and technologies

Work collaboratively with the Technology Support Specialist and IT team on various projects and initiatives

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common networking concepts

Good communication and customer service skills

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God's Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
