Answer telephones
Greet visitors
Prepare a variety of correspondence
Handle section mail
Take meeting minutes
Disposal of surplus vehicles
Order and distribute fleet credit and gas cards
Obtain vehicle licenses and titles
Maintain vehicle vehicle information
Handle public disclosure requests
Prepare reports
Order office supplies
Provide customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Two years clerical/office experience
