They are seeking a highly organized and motivated Regional Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support care coordination within the region, ensuring a seamless experience for patients, caregivers, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee Regional Operations Manage day‑to‑day office functions, workflows, and processes to ensure efficient regional operations

Care Coordination Support Collaborate closely with nursing staff, caregivers, and leadership to support patient care delivery across the region

Maintain Compliance Ensure all office activities follow HIPAA, Privacy Act PHI standards, and internal company policies

Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between regional staff, corporate departments, and leadership to maintain clear, timely communication

Record Management Maintain accurate and confidential patient, caregiver, and office documentation

Team Support Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and coordination tasks to support the success of the regional team

Additional Duties Perform other responsibilities as assigned to enhance operations and patient care

Required

Previous office management, healthcare administration, or regional support experience preferred

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to support multiple offices, staff, and tasks

Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional, confident presence

Ability to work independently, resolve issues proactively, and support a fast‑moving environment

Must pass a criminal background check and sanction screening

Demonstrated professional demeanor and appearance
