Responsibilities
Determining and supporting appropriate fair market values across multiple investing disciplines and geographies
Preparing and maintaining multi-year departmental revenue, balance sheet and other risk metric forecasts, involving multiple investment strategies
Maintaining working knowledge of significant investments and forecasting assumptions
Participating in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the valuation and budgeting process
Responding to ad hoc requests and preparing analyses for same
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business discipline
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of capital and debt markets
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral as well as written
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and handle stressful situations
Ability to work independently in a small team, exhibit initiative and be proactive
Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information
Team player, willing to help in areas not explicitly related to job duties
Comfortable working with a manager in a remote location
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
