Conduct first article inspections on new parts
Perform regular inspections on production parts and provide detailed reports
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Maintain CMM machines and ensure they are operating correctly
Maintain gauge calibration system
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a CMM Programmer
Proficiency in CMM programming software (Polyworks)
Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
