The successful candidate will support critical projects related to protection systems, ensuring reliability and performance across all stages of development.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design, optimization, and development of protection systems to meet project requirements, security requirements, and industry standards
Support the fabrication of prototypes and fixtures, ensuring precision and functionality for protection system applications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, design specifications, test reports, and process guidelines
Provide engineering support for production and quality assurance to resolve technical challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations and execution teams to drive project success
Engage customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/ Materials. Engineering/ Engineering Product Development/ Engineering Systems and Design and/ or a related field of study
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration
Hands-on experience with prototype development and fabrication processes
Willing to travel for field testing and supplier engagement
Preferred
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. Solidworks) is considered an added advantage
