€750/mo - €750/moAirbus Operations GmbH is looking for an Intern to support the Vertical Tail Plane department in Hamburg. The role involves contributing to the development of VTP structures and participating in airframe development activities focused on innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities
You will contribute to the development of the next improved VTP structures, dealing on a daily basis with state-of-art CFRP design and sizing methodologies
You will be in touch with the manufacturing site and obtain an end-to-end view of the product, from the idealization phase until in-service deployment
You will be working in an environment striving for innovation and sustainability as top priorities
Qualification
Required
Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study
Basics in structural calculations, basic competencies in the field of light structures
Experience in FEM would be beneficial
You are an autonomous student, a team player as well as a good communicator (d/f/m)
Fluent English language skills, German would be a plus
