Responsibilities
Lead project controls, cost monitoring, and schedule management
Manage project risk and ensure compliance with scope, quality, and deadlines
Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and financial performance
Review project schedules, forecasts, and cost projections
Participate in preconstruction planning, including constructability reviews
Identify value engineering and scope reduction opportunities
Maintain strong on-site presence and positive team relationships
Qualification
Required
7+ years in construction project management, project controls, or scheduling
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Willingness to work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Preferred
LEAN principles experience is a plus
