Responsibilities
Manage daily provider data management operations and workflows
Oversee end-to-end provider data setup and maintenance to support claims, member assignment, and directory accuracy
Investigate and resolve complex provider data issues across multiple systems
Analyse data trends and recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues
Assign and prioritise work to ensure efficient team delivery
Monitor team performance against data quality and service benchmarks
Facilitate meetings with health plan and internal stakeholders
Train, mentor, and develop Provider Data Management Analysts and Team Leads
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of combined experience in people management, provider data management, data analysis, or customer service
Strong background in healthcare operations (claims, billing, provider relations, or contracting)
Experience in managed care, insurance, or medical office environments
Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and resolve complex data issues
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
