Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and make informed decisions with minimal assistance
Provide accurate, research-based insurance guidance to customers and agents across multiple states
Interpret, verify, and communicate coverage details and underwriting guidelines
Respond to inquiries using established standards for timeliness, quality, and effectiveness
Recommend and secure additional or increased coverage within carrier guidelines
Conduct full account reviews on every call to ensure customers are properly protected
Collaborate with Sales team partners when additional lines of business are needed for final binding
Review and respond to written correspondence; request additional information when necessary
Process policy changes, billing adjustments, and policy issuance transactions across multiple channels
Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on all billing and policy updates
Qualification
Required
Candidates MUST hold an active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines (PL) Producer License
2+ years of Personal Lines and/or P&C industry experience; call center experience strongly preferred
Reliable hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 50 Mbps download)
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Call center experience strongly preferred
