Responsibilities
Lead and support business development: proposals, presentations, client relationships
Build and strengthen client opportunities and market presence
Represent the firm at industry and community events
Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution
Provide technical guidance to site civil team members
Manage project priorities, objectives, and financial performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
8+ years leading site development, municipal roadway/utility projects
Proven success in business development planning and client engagement
Strong knowledge of stormwater management, utility design, and permitting
Minnesota PE license required (other Midwest states a plus)
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Familiarity with Autodesk Civil3D and hydrology/hydraulic software
