Facilities Maintenance Technician (Industrial)

Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment and electrical systems
Inspect machinery and systems to ensure proper operation and performance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document completed work
Diagnose equipment issues, assess repair needs, and complete corrective actions
Support facility maintenance including basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, welding, painting, and masonry tasks
Maintain building systems such as roofs, floors, walls, foundations, and mechanical components
Assist with grounds upkeep and exterior maintenance when needed
Respond to maintenance and safety-related requests promptly
Maintain accurate maintenance records using electronic systems
Keep work areas organized and return tools and materials at the end of each shift
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience performing electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Broad technical skillset across maintenance disciplines
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
